Returning Your Emma

This section is about initiating returns and details on the refund process


  • How do I start the return process?

    When you want to return your Emma mattress simply e-mail or call our customer service team and we will arrange for a pickup at zero cost to you. Please note that the custom sizes are not eligible for returns. We won't be picking up the mattress if the mattress is damaged, have any kind of stains/marks.

  • How does the return process work?

    After we initiate a return for you, our logisitcs partner will contact you for mattress collection. After we have received notification from our logisitcs partner that they have your Emma mattress, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


  • How do refunds work?

    As soon as the return has arrived after pickup, we will then issue your refund. Please bear in mind that the refund may take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the payment method you used.

  • What is the status of my refund?

    Please contact customer service to check the status of your refund via phone, email, or chat.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'Newsletter Subscriptions' tab when logged in to your customer account. If you do not have an account with us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.
